How to play this tab? Do I need to pluck it twice? or once?
Shall I pluck the 2nd fret then hammer on then pull it off? or
Shall I pluck the 2nd fret then hammer on then pluck the 3rd fret then pull off?

Second choice is the right one; pluck at the 2nd fret, hammer on the 3rd, then pull off back to the 2nd.
