Hey, i have been trying to learn how to play some songs with pull offs but i don't quite understand the tab of this, it tells me to 17b17p15, So is it telling me to Bent 17, hold my finger on fret 17 then pull off on the fret 15? It doesn't quite seem to work :/

Any help would be nice, Thanks. I've only been playing for 3/4 year, don't know pull offs very well.
